Its a great beginner's guide for anyone who is starting out on ketogenic diet and wanting to lose weight fast. Book is well organized and informative as a cookbook. It explains how ketosis works and provides numerous recipes for beginners to try. I particularly like the Pumpkin pancake recipe! Its delicious!Overall its a good read about low cab diet. If you are looking for an easy way to start changing to a healthy eating lifestyle and get started on the Ketogenic diet, this is the guide for you.

Smaller than I expected
Not anything new in here. If you are a keto beginner it might do well. Very thin book with pages that remind me of newspaper.
Ketosis is definitely insane. i can actually stay awake for most of the day on top of the weight I've been losing...
There are no recipe instructions! Total waste of money. I am really bummed, the info seemed great, but then the meal plan has no recipes. How am I supposed to get the exact same numbers when creating my own "spinach salad" - does he mean I should just eat spinach alone? Or? Not clear at all. Another " orange and cinnamon beef stew" -- seriously do I just put those ingredients together? So disappointed!
This book is a great and comprehensive book for healthy recipes. This is a great plan to unleash the fats from the body. With this book, we'll understand the benefits and side effects of having a ketogenic diet. Very helpful in knowing how to effectively reduce weight in just a short period of time.
Updated Originally I rated this with 2 stars because it is informative and has a great meal plan, but the recipes for the 30 Day Plan were not in the book. I have upped it to three stars because I found that the author has a website called Ruled.Me which has all the recipes that weren't in the book. I am still glad I purchased the book for the organization and information, but it stays at 3 stars because the recipes should honestly be in the book itself - I shouldn't have to track them down!
Returned it. the most poorly written diet book I've ever tried to read. States a plan which suggests meals that there are no recipes for. then the "50 recipes" they advertised were variations on about 5 things. Who needs that?
